Founder Tim Malley brings more than 15 years of experience as a fitness professional, along with a decade of expertise as a Licensed Geologist specializing in Geotechnical Engineering. By combining scientific and engineering principles with practical fitness training, he creates thoughtful, effective workout programs designed with safety and long-term wellness in mind.
